The Rev. Gary Davis, one of the greatest blues man to ever hold a guitar and hold forth, shares a name with yours truly. Or perhaps it's the other way around. Regardless, it's for this reason that I, at one time, performed under the moniker Metro Echo as every other decent name seemed taken.
